Upgrade Package 1 (Audio Completion)

Upgrade Package 2 (Safe & Secure Completion)
- Completes out the Security system prewire with a Honeywell Resideo Pro Panel. Adds a Video Doorbell at the front door, Dome retrofit water shut off valve with water sensor at low point drain, overhead garage door access, and a keypad deadbolt at the front door along with two smoke detectors.
- Setup of all these devices on the Resideo ecosystem for total control and notifications on the homeowners smart device. If proper Honeywell thermostats are installed in the home, these will also be enrolled into the Resideo ecosystem.
