Introducing the ROAM Community Clubhouse
Located in the Heart of it All!
The Community Clubhouse will incorporate key architectural elements of the historic Beaver Village Lodge and is designed as a gathering place for your friends and family members, small groups and events, a headquarters for exercise and recreation, and a clubhouse for amenities to serve resident members of ROAM and the community at large.
* Completion of the Community Clubhouse is tentatively scheduled for 2025.

- Community events space for small gatherings with a community kitchen
- Skating pond serviced by an ice resurfacing machine
